Day 112 - Earth Day

In science class today all the kids in grades 5-8 planted herbs in recycled water bottles. They planted extras so that all the teachers/staff in the building could have one as well.

My first thought was, 'Yikes, now I have to be in charge of a living thing. It'll be dead in a week.'

My second thought was, 'There's only sunbeams in my apartment for about 2 hours out of the day. It'll die anyway. Shoot.'

I'm going to try little plant! I'll try my hardest!
